Occasionally, we may have to cancel an event you are signed up for. Inclement weather, Gender imbalance, or something huge, that we have no control over. Kwickiss would like to have equal number of ladies and men participants and no more than 2 participants sitting out at a time. We really don’t like when that happens, and we are very sorry if that has to happen.

KwicKiss.Net, urge you to check your e-mail 24hrs prior to your scheduled event to ensure that your events will jump-off as scheduled.

If the weather is extreme and the venue closes due to weather and KwicKiss has to cancel the event, we will reschedule each kwickee, to attend another event within the next 4weeks of your original registration. There is NO refund, for acts of GOD.

Typically we have a nonrefundable policy, however, if you do have to cancel an event you have registered for. Of course, a person can drop out at any time; however, our company does not issue refunds. However you are allowed to reschedule for another event within 4 weeks of your original registration. We do ask you notify us via email 2 days before the event in order to receive your credit and allow others to attend
KwicKiss.Net will issue you a code to sign up for next event free, within 4 weeks of your cancelled event. If we can register you for the next event, right away, provided it’s in the age group you desire, we would do that as well. It’s up to you; just let us know what you desire.

Always include in any correspondence your name, e-mail address date and place of your event and the reason for the e-mail.. Most likely, your event will jump-off as scheduled, no worries.
